The period after the New Year is the least decorated. There are no expectations, no symbols, no illusions. There is you. And your life as it is.

I noticed that right now the most honest thoughts come. Not those that you want to voice, but those that are difficult to ignore. About fatigue. About the unfulfilled. About fears. About what no longer works.

Winter does not tolerate falsehood. It exposes.
And to be honest - it hurts. But it is useful.

I stopped forcing myself to “start a new life.” I am tired of loud promises. I do not want changes - I want stability inside. To wake up without tension. To not be afraid of silence. So as not to run away from our own thoughts.

A modern woman very often does not know what it is like to simply be. Without roles. Without demands. Without proof.

Perhaps winter is given to us for this.
So that we learn to stop.
And not to confuse a pause with weakness.
