Food without embellishments: what i actually eat on ordinary days
id: 10056640

Let's be honest: not every day is avocados, bowls and beautifully laid out plates. In everyday life, everything is much simpler. And, in my opinion, much more real.

I love delicious food, but I don't like it when it's made into a cult. There are days when I want something complex and beautiful, and there are days when the best solution is scrambled eggs, soup or something quick and understandable. And I stopped beating myself up for it.

I've always been surprised how easily people lie about food on the Internet. As if everyone eats perfectly. And then in real life - cookies for tea, sandwiches, "something to grab". And that's normal.

Food for me is also an emotion. Sometimes a plate of warm food after a long day is more important than any rules. It's not about weakness, but about caring. About feeling good, not "right".

I love simple tastes. Things that don't require explanations. And, to be honest, this is the kind of food that most often becomes a favorite. Because it's about life, not about showing off.
