I truly believe: our desires always come true if we truly want them. Not just in words, not fleetingly, not "it would be nice," but with all our hearts.
When a desire becomes a part of you, when you wake up and fall asleep with it, when it breathes with you—it can't help but find its way into reality.
Sometimes the path is long. Sometimes difficult. Sometimes through pain, tears, anticipation, and doubt.
And in such moments it seems: "Perhaps it wasn't meant to be," "Perhaps God isn't hearing me." But maybe He's simply teaching us patience? Or is He preparing us for what we ask for, so we can hold onto it, accept it, and not be afraid?
I think God is always near. Not somewhere far away, not just in churches and prayers, but in our thoughts, in our intuition, in chance encounters, behind closed doors, which have truly saved us.
We often ask for one thing and receive another—and only later do we realize that this "other" was exactly what we needed.
Wishes don't come true instantly, because life isn't a store.
But they come true when a readiness appears within us. A readiness to accept happiness, love, change. Sometimes God changes us first, and only then—circumstances.
I like to think that every sincere wish has already been heard. It's just still en route. Like a letter sent without a tracking number. You don't know where it is now, but it will definitely reach its destination.
And yes, there are times when you feel discouraged. When it seems like you want too much. But did God create us for small dreams? Did He put a heart within us capable of feeling so deeply that we'd be afraid to desire?
I believe that if a desire is pure, if it's free of anger, envy, or destruction, it will inevitably find its way. Maybe not in the way we imagined. Maybe not when we expect. But exactly in the way that's best for us.
Sometimes you just need to trust. Let go of everything. Let go of fear. And say, "I want. I believe. I'm ready."
God hears even those desires we're afraid to voice. He hears the whisper of the heart. And perhaps most importantly, don't stop believing, even when it's dark all around. Because it's in the darkness that the light is best seen.
Our desires come true. Always. If they're real. If they come from love. And if we allow God to walk beside us, instead of running ahead, looking back in fear.
Just believe. Sometimes that's enough.
