👇marathons of successful success are it true or a myth?🧐

But let's be honest.
Does a new diploma always make us better specialists?
Or is it just a way to reassure ourselves: "I'm doing something, I'm developing"?

I know people without high-profile certificates, but with such experience and intuition that you can trust them without any papers.
And I know those who have dozens of courses - but zero practice and fear of taking a step on their own.👌🏻
For me, advanced training makes sense when:
you feel like you've hit a ceiling
you lack a specific tool
or you want to change direction and start from scratch
Maybe sometimes it's not another course that's more important, but the courage to apply what you already know?
Not new knowledge, but new self-confidence?
And what do you think, is advanced training an investment or a fashionable duty?
And when was the last time you studied for yourself, and not because you had to?🤭

I'm really curious, Ira💭
