Silence has become rare, and i think we're all suffering for it.

When I was younger, silence was just part of life. Morning chores before anyone else woke up. Long walks to check the property. Evening prayers without interruption. That silence taught me things. It showed me what I actually thought, what I actually felt, instead of just reacting to whatever was in front of me.

Now everything is constant noise. Notifications, messages, entertainment, always something demanding attention. And I notice the difference in myself when I don't protect that quiet space. I get scattered. Reactive. I lose touch with what actually matters. 🌾 So I've started being intentional about it again. Mornings without my phone. Evenings outside, just listening. Time in chapel with nothing but my own prayers. It feels strange at first—almost uncomfortable. But then something settles.
