Can we talk about the elephant in the room? Valentine's day exposes exactly who's serious and who's playing games. 🎯

You're not asking for a marriage proposal. You're asking for basic acknowledgment that you matter. 😊

Here's my Valentine's Day philosophy: clear communication wins. If someone tells me upfront "hey, I don't really celebrate this holiday," fine! We can do something low-key or skip it entirely. But the guys who go radio silent, who suddenly get "busy," who make you feel crazy for even mentioning the day? Hard pass. That's game-playing, and I'm too old for games.

I want someone who shows up. Someone who doesn't need a holiday to be romantic, sure, but who also doesn't run away from simple expectations like they're being asked to move mountains. Someone who says "let's grab dinner" or "I got you something small" without making it this huge dramatic test of the relationship. 💪

Valentine's Day doesn't need to be perfect. It just needs to be honest. And if someone can't handle one day of straightforward romance without creating chaos, how are they going to handle actual relationship challenges? Real life? Building something together?

I'm staying positive though! Somewhere out there is a guy who thinks Valentine's Day is an opportunity to make someone smile, not an obstacle course to navigate. A guy who doesn't play games because he actually wants to build something real. 🌹
