We're afraid of seeming too open, too vulnerable.
We're afraid that someone will laugh or not understand.
And yet, somewhere deep down, we're all searching for that one person who will understand without words, who will be there not just for the sake of a game, but for the real thing.
Of course, the war has left its mark on our lives.
Every day we hear the news, read alarming messages, and worry about loved ones.
And yet, life goes on.
And people find ways to create, rejoice, and love, despite everything.
For example, one amazing fact: in 2023, a unique "open-air museum" opened in Kyiv amid the bombings—city artists are painting the walls of destroyed buildings, creating art objects right amidst the destruction.
Each graffiti carries a message of hope, strength, and life.
People come to look, take photos, be inspired, and understand: we can live, love, and create beauty, even when the world around us seems dangerous.
I often think about this: how many people are afraid to open up because they think their feelings are "too real," too vulnerable.
But in reality, courage means allowing yourself to be yourself.
Writing first, confessing your emotions, seeking intimacy.
Life goes on, love and warmth are near—you just need to reach out. ❤️
