The architecture of reality

It is said that the world around us is not a frozen form, but rather a plasticine that takes the shape of our most stable thoughts. Sometimes it happens to me that after an idea settles in my head, it literally starts to haunt me. Psychologists say it's not magic.
This is the work of our brain, which begins to snatch out of space the possibilities that correspond to our inner request.

One of the ways to make a wish come true is through visualization. The main secret of visualization is not to "see" the picture, but to trick your brain into believing that the event has already happened. When the brain does not see the difference between the imaginary and the real, it stops resisting change and begins to look for ways to implement it.

Is it real? I wonder if anyone has tried this method?
