Elevator situation
id: 10057930

Yesterday at 8:15 a.m. I left my apartment, coffee in hand, good mood, I thought it would be a calm day!
That was naive. πŸ˜„
The elevator doors opened, a man in a business suit was already inside, we nodded politely.

Classic elevator etiquette. The doors closed and then it happened. The smell. That awkward, heavy, very human smell that cannot be ignored, we both realized it instantly.
I stared at the floor numbers like it was the World Cup final πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
The man coughed then quietly said “Sorry… I think that was breakfast.”
I froze then laughed because right at that moment the elevator stopped between floors. There we were. Two adults. In a small elevator. Inside a cloud of honesty πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

“It’s okay” I said “I had beans yesterday” πŸ˜‚We both started laughing

Sometimes life reminds you: romance is not always candlelight and dinner, sometimes it’s surviving awkward elevator smells together. πŸ˜„
And honestly —
if a man can admit the truth, that’s already a GOOD SIGN
