The human body is capable of significant muscle growth even without drugs. It all depends on several factors: training, nutrition, sleep, and genetics. If a person trains correctly, gradually increases the weights they lift, and gets enough protein, their muscles will grow. This is normal physiology.
The problem is that people often compare themselves to professional bodybuilders. But professional bodybuilding is a completely different level. They have enormous muscle mass, which is virtually impossible to maintain without drugs. However, this doesn't mean a natural athlete can't look powerful and athletic.
For example, a natural athlete can gain approximately 8-15 kg of lean muscle mass over several years of training. This completely changes a person's appearance: broad shoulders, a dense chest, strong arms and back. Such a person will look much more powerful than average.
Another reason why many don't believe in "natural" muscle building is speed. Without drugs, muscle growth is slow. Progress is noticeable during the first year, but then the growth slows. Sometimes it takes several years of discipline to achieve a truly impressive physique.
So the main conclusion is simple: you can build muscle naturally. But it takes time, patience, and a systematic approach. There won't be quick results, but the results will be honest and healthy.
