Instructions for making wishes
id: 10052793

I recently came across an interesting idea about how to make wishes correctly.

The meaning turned out to be surprisingly simple.

They say that a wish must go through several stages before it starts to ‘work’.

1. The wish must be clear

The first rule is that a wish cannot be vague.
Phrases like ‘I want to be happy’ or ‘I want a lot of money’ are simply not understood by the brain.

The wish must be specific and understandable.
Not ‘I want to travel,’ but, for example:
💝 to see the ocean
🌹 wake up in a house by the sea
💋 walk through an unfamiliar city

The clearer the image, the easier it is for the brain to start looking for ways to make it a reality.

2. The desire must be ‘yours’

Sometimes we want things that are actually imposed on us from outside.
Fashion, family expectations, other people's success stories.

But they say that true desires always cause a slight excitement inside.
It's as if you get the feeling: ‘Yes... this is really mine.’

If you don't have that feeling, maybe it's just a nice idea and not a real dream.

3. You need to live your desire

One of the most interesting tips is not just to think about your desire, but to imagine yourself inside that reality for a few minutes.

Not from the outside, but as if it were already happening.

🙃What is around you?
☺️What sounds do you hear?
🥰How does your body feel?

The brain perceives such images almost as real experiences.
And gradually begins to perceive this reality as possible.

4. Let go of your desire

The hardest part is, after all these steps, to stop constantly checking: ‘Well, has it come true yet?’

Constant tension creates a feeling of lack, and the universe does not operate from a position of scarcity.

Sometimes it is even advised to end this little ritual with a simple thought:

‘Everything that is mine will find its way to me.’

And then just continue living.

It is interesting that many people say that desires begin to come true precisely when you stop treating them as something impossible.

I wonder if anyone has made wishes this way? ✨
