Like sitting with someone you love in comfortable silence ✨ You don't need to fill every moment with words. Just being together is enough. That's what I'm learning with Christ. Sometimes I light a candle, kneel before the cross, and just... breathe. Feel His peace. Let Him hold my heart without me explaining what's in it. He already knows.

The world is so loud 🌊 Everyone wants my attention, my opinion, my reaction. Social media, news, conversations that go nowhere - it's all noise pulling me away from the quiet place where God meets me. And I have to fight for that silence now. Protect it. Choose it intentionally, because it won't just happen.

When I'm in that sacred silence, everything shifts 🕊️ My anxieties don't disappear, but they get smaller. My problems don't solve themselves, but I see them differently. It's like God wraps me in this blanket of peace that says "I've got this, child. You don't have to carry it all."

I wish I could explain this to people who've never experienced it. Prayer isn't about getting answers - it's about getting God. And once you have Him, really have Him in that deep silent way, the answers matter less. Because you know you're not alone. You're held. You're loved beyond words.
