Is long-distance love stupid or the most honest form of feeling?

That it doesn't work.
That it's an illusion.

It's easier when people are close. They can see each other, hug, and distract themselves with everyday things.

But distance... tests feelings very honestly.

Because only words remain. Thoughts. The desire to communicate.

You can't just show up and kiss someone.
You can't resolve a conflict with a hug.

Everything there hinges on the desire to be close... even when you're thousands of kilometers apart.

And you know what's most amazing?

Sometimes it's distance that brings people closer.

You start talking more. Sharing more thoughts. Getting to know the person inside.

And when you finally meet...

It's no longer just an acquaintance.

It's a meeting of two people who already know each other much more deeply.

I've always wondered...

Do you believe in long-distance love?
Or do you think that true feelings can only exist side by side?
