I'm a little worried whether I will have enough strength and motivation, because I haven't done such intense sprints before. But at the same time, I feel an inner passion and a desire to test myself - how disciplined and resilient I can be.
It seems to me that sports are not only about the body, but also about the state of mind. After training, there is a strange feeling of lightness, as if you are shedding not only physical fatigue, but also unnecessary thoughts. Perhaps this marathon will become for me not a test, but a way to reboot.
I plan to try something new every day: a little cardio, a little strength training, stretching... And the main thing is to listen to yourself so as not to burn out. Because, apparently, it is important not just to "survive" this week, but to enjoy it.
Let's see what happens. Maybe I'll share my results and impressions at the end 🌿
Do you think a week of non-stop sports is too much? Should everything be in moderation?
