Everything is simpler here—you can think, rewrite, disappear, come back, choose words that sound better than the truth.
But in reality, you only have a few seconds.
And you either take a step... or walk past and then explain it to yourself.
I often catch glances.
Not the random ones—the ones that convey a decision that was never made.
And you know what I read in them?
Not uncertainty... but an internal dialogue.
As if the person has already imagined the conversation, already played out the outcome—and ultimately chose not to start.
Sometimes I wonder what exactly stops them.
Me?
Or them?
Because, honestly... I don't create distance on purpose. But perhaps there's something in me that prevents me from taking that first step automatically.
And I even like this fine line.
When there's interest... but it needs to be confirmed with action.
I respect men who know how to take that moment.
Not perfectly, not 100% confidently... but simply—honestly.
Because it's in those moments that a person truly shines.
Without preparation. Without a mask. Without a script.
And sometimes I think...
perhaps the most attractive thing isn't appearance, not words...
but the willingness to approach, even if there's a chance they'll say no.
Although...
I still don't know what you'd do if you were next to me at that moment.
