Mmm, if you think Argentina is all about tango dancing and eating meat, you're right. But we also lift weights while the city is grilling asados.

Why do I love CrossFit?
Because it's never boring. Today you're lifting weights, tomorrow you're trying to do double unders, and the day after you're just lying on the floor counting the tiles on the ceiling. And that's okay. The main thing is to come back the next day.

My training isn't about having a perfect body. It's about:
Waking up at 6 AM, when it's still dark in Buenos Aires, and going to a WOD because I promised myself.
Falling off the weights, getting up, and saying, "Vamos, una más."
Sharing mate with the guys after training and discussing why doing burpees on the wall is my own personal hell. I train both beginners and pros. And I always say one thing: don't compare yourself to those around you. Compare yourself to yesterday. Progress isn't about the kilograms on the barbell. Progress is about showing up when you wanted to stay in bed. My gym smells of sweat, chalk, and sometimes empanadas, because someone brought some. That's my second place of power. Tomorrow is another WOD. And it'll be tough. Like always. Like life. But we love having room to grow, right?
