It's as if winter is leaving...

I've noticed that in such moments, it's important not to ignore yourself.
Don't try to be strong or "as usual."
But instead, slow down.
Make yourself some tea.
Go outside without a goal.
Listen to some touching music.
And also...
it's very important with whom you share your state.
Because sometimes one warm message can do more than vitamins.
In spring, we especially crave simple things:
sincerity, peace, the feeling that you're not alone.
And, perhaps, the best medicine
is having someone nearby with whom you can simply be yourself.
Without effort.
Without unnecessary words.
And then it gets easier...
