When your body is a little tired, but a strange calm appears inside.
It's as if you've temporarily disconnected from everything unnecessary.

I often choose not the gym, but simply movement.
A walk, a light jog, sometimes music in my headphones...

And at some point, you stop noticing everything around you.
Only the rhythm remains.

Step by step.
Breathing.
Heart.

And that's when the most honest thoughts come.

Not the ones you make up...
but the ones that have been inside for a long time.

About desires you've been putting off.
About people you think about more often than you want to admit.

Sport isn't about the body.
It's about being honest with yourself.

And that's probably why I keep coming back to it again and again... 😌
