The word "diet" has always sounded cold and foreign to me... as if you're constantly controlling yourself, restricting, denying yourself pleasure.

But life isn't about that.

I love eating deliciously. But even more, I love feeling good afterwards. Lightness in the body, clarity in the mind, energy that doesn't drop an hour later.

Over time, I realized one simple thing: it's not how much you eat... but how you eat. Your mood. Your attitude toward yourself.

I choose food that makes me feel alive. Fresh ingredients, simple combinations, natural flavors. No overload. No extremes.

And yes... sometimes I allow myself something sweet or "imperfect." But there's no guilt in that. Because pleasure is also part of balance.

The most interesting thing is that when you live in this state, your body reciprocates. It becomes softer, more alive, more natural.

And you can feel it.

Because true attractiveness isn't about numbers or rules. It's about the state you live in.
