I think such words are valuable precisely because of their sincerity. They don't have complex constructions or special meaning, yet they create a feeling of ease and trust. Sometimes it's these small details that make a conversation more lively and human, adding emotions that are difficult to express otherwise.
Since then, I've become a little more attentive to words, both mine and others'. After all, they often conceal much more than meets the eye, intonation, mood, the desire to be heard and understood. This is a reminder of the importance of keeping communication simple and natural, without complicating what can already sound sincere.
I also thought about how phrases like these can be perceived differently depending on the context and the mood of the people speaking. Sometimes they sound like a light compliment, sometimes like a sign of attention, and sometimes simply a way to warm up the conversation. And perhaps that's precisely their special value.
