I think people often assume that attraction begins with something obvious: age, height, a photo, a polished first impression. But for me, it’s much quieter than that… and much more interesting.
The first thing I notice is a man’s energy... His tone. His calmness. His sense of self. I notice warmth, attentiveness, intelligence, and whether he knows how to make a woman feel comfortable without trying too hard. I notice if he has a sense of humor, if there is kindness in his words, and if he asks questions because he is truly curious — not just passing time.

To me, charm is not in perfection. It’s in presence. In confidence without noise. In a man who knows who he is and still has softness in him.

Maybe that’s why age has never felt like the most important detail to me. A man can be younger and feel empty, or older and feel deeply alive, masculine, interesting, and warm in a way that stays in a woman’s thoughts much longer than a photograph ever could.

So if you ask me what I notice first… it’s not the number. It’s the feeling.
