I will tell you a little about the weather in Ukraine. Maybe in your country or city every summer is very hot and is it usual for you or not? I am also interested in knowing what the weather is like in different countries. As experience has shown, the weather forecast lies.
Yesterday the heat was 40 degrees and suddenly it started raining so hard and a hurricane that it blew away trees and roofs, some people had chairs flying off their balconies (but they were light so it is not surprising). The weather forecast showed heat all day and no rain.
But the most terrible thing is that after the rain it becomes very stuffy because all the water starts to evaporate and it is impossible to breathe.
And for people who are affected by the weather - it's very difficult.. I've had a headache for the third day without stopping.☀️🔥

How do you survive? Are there any methods if, for example, there is no air conditioning?
