Some people think I work out because I want to look perfect.
The truth? That's probably the smallest reason. 😊
For me, moving my body has never been about punishment or chasing impossible standards. It's about how I feel afterwards. After a dance class or a good workout, my mind becomes quieter, my shoulders relax, and somehow even the smallest problems don't seem so heavy anymore.
I've never been the kind of girl who counts every calorie or spends hours looking in the mirror. I'd rather enjoy a piece of cake with friends, laugh too much, and then go dancing the next day because it simply makes me happy. Life is meant to be lived, not measured.
One of my favorite moments is the end of a class. Everyone is tired, the music finally stops, and for a few minutes the room becomes incredibly peaceful. I usually sit on my mat, take a deep breath, and think about how grateful I am that my body lets me do all these little things every day.
I hope that one day I'll meet someone who enjoys an active life too—not because we have to train together every morning, but because we'll inspire each other to stay healthy, curious, and full of energy. Maybe one weekend we'll go hiking, another we'll dance in the kitchen while making breakfast, and sometimes we'll simply take a long evening walk with no destination at all.
To me, that's what balance looks like. Taking care of yourself, enjoying life, and having someone beside you who reminds you to smile, even on ordinary days. 🤍
And yes... after every workout, coffee somehow tastes even better. ☕😊
