I look at some girls and feel uneasy.

Intrusive messages. "Where are you?" checks. Insults out of thin air. Attempts to hold on at any cost. A constant need for the words "you're beautiful," "you're needed," "I love you"—as if without these words they simply disappear.

Their behavior screams louder than any words:
they endlessly need validation of their own worth from others.

Because inside, they're empty.

They don't feel themselves. They don't know themselves. They don't value themselves.

And they try to fill this inner emptiness with other people's attention, other people's compliments, other people's obsession. As if if a man texts them every hour, gets jealous and proves himself, then maybe they'll finally become real.

But it doesn't work.
It never has.

Validation from others is a painkiller. It temporarily numbs the pain, but the hole remains. And the tighter they cling, the faster a person begins to distance themselves. Because it's impossible to be near emptiness for long.

True value doesn't come from outside.

It's born only when you stop chasing after proof and finally sit down with yourself. Without filters. Without "what will he say?"

Until that happens, any "I love you" will be just a temporary band-aid on a place that's been hurting for a very long time.
