❤️ allow yourself to be sincere! ❤️

We're often embarrassed by our feelings, our bodies, and even our own thoughts. We hide them from others, trying to make sure no one notices what's going on inside us. We harbor resentment, conceal anxiety, hold back fear, suppress irritation and anger. Instead of calmly and honestly expressing our feelings at the very beginning of a relationship, we bury them inside until they become a heavy burden.

But it's not just unpleasant emotions we hide. Sometimes we find it just as difficult to show love, care, tenderness, gratitude, and kindness. In fact, showing warm feelings can sometimes be even more difficult than expressing anger.

For some reason, many people believe that if you're considerate and kind to someone, they'll inevitably take advantage of you. This may indeed happen. But then it's worth asking yourself: is this the person you're meant to be with?

Can a child become spoiled just because they hear warm words and get enough hugs from their parents? Of course not. On the contrary, care and love help them grow into confident individuals who know how to trust, accept love, and give it to others.

And how many happy stories never began simply because two people liked each other but were both afraid to take the first step? One waited for recognition, the other for attention, and ultimately, the opportunity to be together simply passed them by.

How many women have given up their tenderness because they decided being strong and independent was more important. How many men have stopped showing concern, making beautiful gestures, and courting because they were afraid of appearing too romantic or being rejected.

But there are no guarantees in relationships. You can open up and be rejected. You can take the first step and not receive a response. Or you can take a risk and meet someone with whom you want to share your life completely.

Love truly requires courage. Sometimes it's the biggest risk we're willing to take for the sake of happiness, intimacy, and inner strength.

So don't be afraid to say kind words to those you care about. Hug them, thank them, support them, and confess your feelings. Don't put off tenderness for later.

Perhaps your simple "you're dear to me" or "I'm here for you" will one day become the most important words for someone else.

Allow yourself to be sincere. Give warmth. And be sure to be happy.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO LIVE! ❤️
