Hello, my dear readers! With you again, Elena. Today I want to talk about letters. Why did people stop writing on paper? I think that's what everyone did and it was so pleasant and treasurable to receive it ... and what was a nice torture to wait for the postman to make a delivery! oh! do you remember this feeling? Now only banks send bills via post office(((
Some time ago I found a small dusty box and there was my letter. The paper became yellow from old age, there was no address on the envelope either, but it's very treasurable for me. It smelled with love and good memories. It was for my mother ... now she's gone and she can not read it. I'm sure you will agree with me that the phone is much more convenient. We can call and send SMS any time and in any country. Modern communication has given us opportunities for video calls. It's all great and comfortable.
But imagine that you are sitting at a festive table not with friends and loved ones ... next to you are virtual guests... Such a celebration is not for me !!!!
Progress is great ... But I often write small notes, congratulations and poems on paper for my children and friends (once I asked my son to bring me a warm hat to keep me warm at work, but he did it in the summer when he found this note. it was curious))))) Believe me, it looks very nice when they find and read it.That's all I wanted to tell you ... I'm waiting for your comments. Tell me when and to whom did you write the last time?
Warmly, with winter romantic mood,
Elena
