But then I began to notice that things can be much more quiet.

Sometimes God answers through a person who unexpectedly appears in your life. Sometimes through a conversation that suddenly makes you see the situation completely differently. Sometimes a door you've been trying so hard to open closes, and only later do you understand why it had to remain closed.

And that's probably the hardest part—trust.

Because we often ask God to show us the right path, but deep down we've already decided where we want to go. We want this particular person, this particular job, this particular relationship, this particular future. And when circumstances turn out differently, we think, "Why didn't You give me this?"

Or maybe the answer was precisely in the fact that He didn't give it.

I'm increasingly learning not to perceive every obstacle as a punishment and every loss as a misfortune. Sometimes what seems like a great disappointment turns out to be the best turn in life a few months or years later.

That's why now I try to stop more often and ask myself: "What is God trying to show me through this situation?"

Not everything we lose needs to be returned. Not every closed door requires us to knock on it again and again.

Sometimes you just need to accept it, thank God, and move on.

I think faith isn't just asking for what you want.

It's also having the courage to accept an answer that turns out to be completely different from what you imagined.

And to trust, even when you don't yet fully understand why. 🤍
