However, some variety is still desirable. Different foods contain different nutrients, so if you eat literally just a few foods for years, you may be missing out on certain vitamins, minerals, fiber, or healthy fatty acids. You don't have to invent new dishes every day - it's much easier to periodically change your protein sources, grains, vegetables, fruits, and other foods.

And now about soup. Do you have to eat soup every day? No. This is more of an old idea about healthy eating than a medical rule. Soup can be a healthy part of a diet, especially if it contains vegetables, legumes, meat, or other nutritious ingredients, but there are no special properties that make it a must-eat. The body needs nutrients and sufficient fluids, and these can be obtained in a variety of ways.

So if you don't like soup, that's okay. And if you love it and eat it every day, that's also great. The key isn't the presence of soup on the table, but the overall balance of your diet. And it's perfectly fine to have a few favorite dishes and repeat them regularly, as long as your overall diet remains nutritious and varied.
