It is especially pleasant to cook it when it is cool outside, you want to wrap yourself in a soft blanket and forget about all business for at least a few minutes. I take a large mug, add hot milk, cocoa and a little sweetness... and I always put some delicate marshmallows on top.
And the fun starts later. From the hot cocoa, the marshmallows gradually become soft and melt slightly, turning into an airy sweet foam. Each sip turns out to be chocolate, creamy and incredibly cozy at the same time. 😋
I like to add a pinch of cinnamon or a little vanilla to the cocoa. And sometimes you want something even more special, for example, take chocolate, melt it in hot milk and add a handful of marshmallows on top. 🍫✨
