For some, it is merely a date on the calendar, a lovely symbol featuring a dove and a white flag. But for those living where the word "peace" has become a true dream, this day holds a completely different meaning.

To me, peace is not just the absence of war. It is the chance to wake up calmly in the morning without checking the news the moment I open my eyes. It is the ability to hear the rain outside the window instead of an explosion. It is the freedom to make plans for the future without constantly wondering where the nearest shelter is.

Peace is when children can study in peace, meet friends, and dream about their careers and futures without the sound of air-raid sirens. When parents don't worry about their children every single minute. When an ordinary trip to another city doesn't turn into an anxiety-filled journey.

Sometimes, we only truly appreciate the simplest things when they are taken away from us: a quiet evening at home; lights in the windows; the chance to go for a peaceful walk; meeting a loved one; an ordinary conversation without the fear that a siren might suddenly cut it short.

Today, I want to wish everyone just one thing: peace. Not merely a beautiful word, but real peace-felt by every person, every day 🕊️

May every home experience a safe morning, every family have the chance to be together, and every person have the right to build their future without fear.

Cherish those you love. Speak words of warmth to them. Hug them often. Do not put off important meetings or dreams for later.

Because peace is not an abstract concept. Peace begins when we value life, love our loved ones, and desire a bright future ❤️
