Evening silence and complete disconnection from the outside world 🛋🛋
id: 10052433
📱 My phone had been ringing since early this morning, overwhelmed by endless work tasks, empty notifications, and calls that always came at the wrong time. At some point, it became clear that it was simply physically impossible to listen to this incessant hum anymore. Without a second thought, I pressed the lock button, turned off the sound, and put the phone in the farthest drawer of my dresser, so that I wouldn't even mentally be tempted to look at the screen. I drew the heavy, thick curtains over the windows, completely cutting off the annoying streetlights and passing cars from the room.

The apartment instantly fell into that perfect, ringing silence, broken only by the occasional rustle of a warm blanket as you shift your tired legs, and the quiet ticking of the old wall clock in the hallway. Sometimes it's vital to completely and irrevocably shut out the outside information flow, to replenish the internal resources wasted over the week and simply give your brain a chance to finally be quiet. No planned evening activities, no TV series with background noise, and no unnecessary, abrupt movements 🛋.

The best relaxation in the world is when no one around you wants or demands anything from you. You sit in the semi-darkness, drink warm, clean water with lemon 🍋, and feel the tension in your shoulders gradually ease, and long-awaited peace replace your worries ✨ 🤫.
