I love the crisp morning air, the golden and red leaves under my feet, oversized sweaters and that first warm cup of coffee when it’s chilly outside. ☕🍁 Even rainy evenings feel romantic to me. They make me want to stay home, light a few candles, wrap myself in a blanket and have someone special beside me.

Maybe because I spend so much of my life flying, autumn makes me appreciate the feeling of home even more. October reminds me that happiness doesn’t always need an exotic destination. Sometimes it’s simply a long walk holding someone’s hand, coming home with cold cheeks, making something warm for dinner and cuddling together while the rain taps against the window.

And perhaps that’s what I’m missing most this October — someone to share these ordinary but beautiful moments with.
