πŸ•― autumn melancholy after a masquerade πŸŒ™βœ¨
id: 10043811

Everyone around me is talking about who had the coolest costume and how many liters of pumpkin lattes they drank over the weekend. And after all this noise, a ringing silence descends πŸ•―πŸ•―. Everyone has left, the music has died down, and all that's left is to sit alone with this long November evening, when darkness descends on the city at 5 PM.

Many people fear autumn melancholy, considering it boring. But I have a special love for it 🌧. This is the perfect time to light a scented candle, wrap yourself in a blanket, and simply reflect. No rush, no plans for the week ahead.

It's helpful to allow yourself to be sad sometimes, reflect on your worries, and look at your fears in daylight or at least candlelight 🍁. They immediately seem so small and harmless, just like the cardboard ghosts πŸ‘» you put away in your closet the day before.
