Hello dear readers from many countries! I am so happy that i can write here and share what happens with me locally and in Ukraine in general. Health problems are everywhere! Right!? but how to get medical care and not to get in the trap of society again??

Did you know that since April 1, 2018 throughout Ukraine and in Krivoy Rog in particular, therapists, pediatricians and family doctors will accept patients only after signing the memorandum.

For these purposes, the government created a special organization - the National Health Service with a budget of 8.2 billion UAH.

This money will be spent, including, on payment of services of medical workers.

Each doctor will be able to sign memorandums with 2 thousand patients. For example, for pediatricians it is 120 thousand UAH / month.

The money goes to the hospital, not to the doctor (in the case of state property, not private practice). But the size of the salary depends on the number of patients.

If earlier there was an opportunity to apply directly to a free-of-charge subscriber to narrow-profile specialists, now you can get this service free of charge only after consulting a family doctor

For one patient will be allocated 370 UAH per year - exclusively for the work of a doctor. For additional analyzes or specialized assistance, as early as 2020, they will have to pay separately and at approved tariffs.

Information about the patient's health will be contained in the electronic health system. Even when the patient goes to another doctor, all information will be available.
i was active on the site recently as i had sinuses and very high temperature. And i was in clinic and no wanted to take care of me. I had to sit and wait long lines when i was felt to die... i took money and went to the same specialists in the private clinic. The same doctors work there after their shift in the governmental clinic!!!!! Crazy! and when i payed they gave me perscriptions and tests what i needed.. it is all not right! Health insurance does not work in Ukraine. But what if have emergency case and no money? No one helps?!

PS i feel better now. I am a young and strong woman. but all this is striking and i wish i could get better treatment which i deserve!
