Dear RealLady (Anna): I have read your blog and I find it very interesting. I would say that many men and women base their choice for a Husband or Wife by the jobs or positions they hold. I for one do not. I find that no matter what a lady's occupation in life, as long as it is not against the law, should not have any bearing on how the two people feel about each other.
I am impress by a very successful lady who has attained a high position, but that is not a reason for me to be jealous or envious of her. I do hope ladies feel the same way when they look at a man. If I were lucky enough to get to meet you, this would be part of our discussion and how we get to know more about each other.
I am wondering how you would feel about an older man who is retired and not into working or making a living anymore. Just interested in enjoying his retirement and living on a fixed income.
Here in the United States many women are now being told that they are better than any man and do not need them anymore. The man is just holding her back. That is my observation and is probably not something that many would agree with.
I also believe that what your occupation is, that does not make you beautiful or sexy. I think that is something that every man or woman needs to determine when they meet a person they like and as one man once said "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
I do hope you get more opinions on this. I will look forward to reading more blogs about this.
