I wish to say thank you to all the lovely ladies that have taken the time to write me over the 5+ years that I have been a member here. I believe that I have found the one woman I want to spend my life with and hope that soon we will begin our life together. I wish I could respond to every letter and chat request but for me living on a pension, it is not possible. The costs greatly outweigh the benefits of getting to know each and every one of you that takes the time to write me. Chatting is just too costly for a poor guy like me. At least I am honest about it and tell each lady that I have written over the time here what my life is about.
Which brings me to my next point. I take some exception to a blog post recently by David and his calling many of the men who are here stupid and idiots. These may not be his exact words as I would rather not downgrade myself to his level by repeating them. Sir, and I mean that respectfully, you need to rephrase how you say most men. What you could say instead is that many men are not courteous to women and treat them as trash or as street corner floosies. Yes most of the ladies who are here are professionals and carry themselves with dignity and should be treated as such but there are some so-called ladies here who are not exactly ones you would take home to meet dad and mom. I have received some letters over my time here describing some of the things they would do to me if we were together as a couple that I normally would only see in porn magazines.
The world is made up of all kinds of people and we all have our place in that world. Every one should treat one another with respect but if some do not wish to do that, then another does not have the right to dish on them. Let he who has not sinned, cast the first stone.
I am not here to judge David or anyone else. I am here to find a good woman to share my life with and I do believe I have. I think that any woman who has found her man should not really be interested in what another man writes because, in my opinion, if she is, then she is not committed to that man.
