In my concept, it is that a person is willing to give his heart, his love, care and loyalty and the most important is his time and his hand, it means that he gives his support and protection.
For me it is not the main thing what this proposal will be, the main thing is that you love this person and will be happy with him, I also know that a girl can make a proposal, but I have other stereotypes about this. The most important thing is not to miss your happiness, and love each other, enjoying each other.
