I've read David's and Jeffry's blogs which made me want to write this to add my words to the conversation on "Sexy photos" as well as "Beauty". I taught myself to be a writer and later won a scholarship to be properly trained as a writer for the arts. I meanchon this because lots of people nowadays want people to prove their words since many people lie up a storm on the Internet. Advertisement falls into the category of Poetry. Visual Poetry is the subcategory of this art. That's why some letters/or words are larger than others to catch the eye. Of cause art is often used to catch the eye as well. Once you catch a persons eye than you need to convey the sell in a precise manner to the person you want to buy the product. Sex as an advertising trick started becoming the norm in the 1950s. Nowadays it's a cheap trick to get people to look at something. In most cases it's expected. The reason for this is that it takes little effort and you don't need a person with much skill at the job of selling something. Through ignorence or manipulation in most cases woman and some guys are convince that skimpy clothing or sexy photos is what should be shown or bought. Reality is that men prefer comfortable looking cloths on woman and not skimpy. When they see a woman in skimpy cloths or over playing sexiness they tend to think the woman is promiscuous. That's not a look a man wants to see when seriously looking for a wife. The raisin box is up for a reason. A pretty girl looking cute is what will sell if you are seriously looking for a husband here. Attractiveness isn't being glamorous like a movie star or sexy like a bomb shell for this place in most cases. Just like with an ad you catch the eye but if there's nothing worth a person's time they'll ignore it. Looks attract others but if there's nothing more there the other person or you will walk away. Your personality and ability to communicate who you are and what you are about matters more than cheap tricks. You need to be honest with yourself to be able to present yourself as who you are and what your looking for. It's your call to take my words into consideration or not.
