Hello Ladies and Gents, and Merry Christmas to my American counterparts! Thx for taking the time to read my endless thoughts about my life experiences and my various opinions on my travels. Soooo, right to the point. I often get letters from the ladies on this site about what i write in my blog here. Those precious few ladies brighten my days because they seem genuinely concerned or curious about my life and experiences. Those few ladies seem to be ready to begin a real relationship. But then i get email from ladies that don't seem to be able to read my profile at all. Rarely i get an email from.someone that has read my profile but that is very rare. I say this because i have actually changed my profile on more than one occasion. Once because i thought.i had met.someone and once just because i had a hightened curiosity. Still no one new read what i had written there about giving me distance and me asking for respect in my search to meet someone. Ladies, you may not know this, or understand it but men on 99% of these sites are encouraged to set up a meeting with more than one woman. Their opinion is if one meeting fails we will have another date already arranged. I can't say i really agree with this but i understand the logic. It seems even the sites know that although there are real ladies here there are also those that take advantage of an open heart. I have actually met someone before and traveled to see them exclusively. That relationship lasted for 2 years (was 5 years ago)until her ex husband finally would not allow her to bring the kids to the USA. It was painful and exquisite but also a learning experience. I did not know the hoops i would have to jump through to get her children permission to come to the USA. I later learned they got back together, then split in failure. I still communicate with her as friends ONLY and still wish her well. I will never understand why people have to be bitter when they are no longer together! It makes me feel kinda special that someone took the time to read my endless ramblings. In fact it makes me feel like i kinda matter to someone here. Ladies, please read my profile and all of the blogs here. We men have lots.of cool thoughts about this process. I promise i read ever blog posted here. I invite anyone here to ask any questions.
