I decided to share the art of winemaking with you. Wine is the only work of art that you can taste. With each new trip to the wineries, more and more knowledge about wine production opens up for me. For example, in order to prepare the land for planting grapes, you first need to sow wheat for 2 years, then nettle for 3 so that it removes all harmful substances and chemicals from the ground, only then you can plant grapes. Only preparation of the land takes 5 years! I don't even tell about the rest of the processes that require a lot of time and labor. So that today we can enjoy the drink of God. And which one to choose? White or red? I am always guided by mood. There is light wine (mostly white), it leaves a barely noticeable aftertaste, and there are wines, like fatal women (most often red), their charm will be with you until the end of the night, and maybe even in the morning.
