When I saw this title, my heart dropped within me. I saw myself in her position as I have many times. And still, for some reason, maybe survival instinct, I just cannot let myself give up. Did you know it's been proven that Thomas Edison tried over 10,000 times to invent the electric light bulb, but finally he succeeded. What if he had not tried that 10,001st time? What if he had given up? Can you imagine how he would have felt if on the next day, week or year, someone else had perfected it? It's like the greatest question in life,...what if? How many answers are there to this question? But what if...you pull your profile,...and you miss that one perfect man or lady you've been searching for, because you're no longer here? You know when you'll meet that man or woman??? It will be at some friend's wedding and your ideal will be the happy man or lady tying that nuptial knot. Why give up? We're not owed anything in this life, you know? No one is keeping tabs on you,... to finally come and tell you that you have finally met all the requirements for a certain man or woman. And then to say, "Here she/he is, go forth and populate the world. Have fun!!!" It just doesn't work that way and I'm so sorry it doesn't, believe me, ...as much for myself as for anyone as sad about this as I am or worse! But I know, as ugly and as old as I am, that the woman to love me will never write to me unless she can find me. And if I find she has deleted her profile and there's now no way to contact her, my sadness will deepen to abject depression. This has happened to me already and believe me, it hurts. As much as it hurts me, I will not do the same thing to anyone else. And by God, if I can't find my partner myself, then surely I can just be here and wait until she finds me. It will happen.... I Know This!!!... We have all been taught that our God is Love! Believe this and you'll know He will not deny any one of His children Love in any way. But He gave us 'free will', right? That means you must choose your own partner when one of you finds the other, and in order to do that,... you Both must be available here to be seen and heard! Don't you agree? None of us are magicians))). So, I don't want to ever hear of someone...anyone, giving up their chance at love. And then too, I don't want to hear of them ever complaining about it! If you give up, it's your own fault.,,, Yep, it's on your head then! And think about it this way.... everyone needs a strong partner, one who can support his/her partner and the role will change between you often through the years. So, Be there for your partner and be strong,...show this quality now! And above all, show your honesty, because these two qualities will help you sell your ideals and who you are to all of us. So, be strong, supportive, and honest, and Above All, Be Here! Be here with your good attitude and show your happiness in Life. My future partner is so beautiful as all Ukrainian ladies are and she always smiles to me...and when she does...it lights up my whole life! Please think about all of this. I'm not a particularly smart man, just an American rocket scientist who has grown ugly and old in his loveless life. If at 72 years of age, I can hold onto Hope and know that Love is there for me, surely you can too and if you pull your profile before I find you, I'll be ever so sad...for both of us!
