Hello. The attack. The word everyone has heard of. But not everyone felt it in their own skin. Today we must honor this world tragedy with a moment of silence. This terrorist attack was the largest in terms of the number of victims that went down in history. People tried to escape at all costs from such a terrible and innocent death. Some people simply jumped... from the high-rise of the burning towers, while others ran to the roof, hoping to be evacuated by helicopters. The tragedy made by the terrorists suffered great losses of people... It taught a lot to the survivors. Their life was divided into before and after. They survived this, rethought their true values. There were those who, not understanding the scale of what was happening, did not leave the workplace, and those whose lives were in the hands of terror, but they fought for their lives to the end. Many realized that they did not live for a career, money and other things, but... for the sake of family, friends and relatives. Ukraine remembers this tragedy. The monument to the victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks was erected in Kiev on a square on the corner of Mechnikov, Pervomaisky and Pechersky descent streets. The former mayor of New York, Rudi Giuliani, took part in its bookmark, he laid a capsule under the monument filled with gunpowder collected on the place where destroyed skyscrapers were. The monument is made in the form of a cast-iron seven-meter heart, split in half, between the parts of which the largest tuning fork in the world is installed, symbolizing the call for sensitivity and care. In one of the halves in seventy languages the phrase “Don’t kill!” is inscribed, the other, smooth, recalls the history and victims of terrorism. If your friends or relatives were at that moment at the scene of the tragedy, talk about it on your blog. This is our common tragedy. General pain. Remember. Alla
