Yes it is possible, several steps are needed. It starts with God, accepting His son as your savior Jesus Christ, being filled with the holy spirit and having real faith in Jesus Christ and that he suffered and died on the cross for you personally. Without his sacrifice non of us would ever see the kingdom of God, I know this is true and bare witness to this truth written in the holy bible and the book of mormon. We of the "Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints" believe that marriage and family are not just here on this earth but also continue on in the kingdom of God.
