"Nobody loves me," maybe you confessed to yourself or heard from people you know. Many of us understand them very well, but try not to admit it, even to ourselves. I decided to figure out why I asked myself such a phrase. The phrase "nobody loves me" is destructive and toxic. Why do we feel unloved? You get up in the morning, prepare breakfast, drink coffee on the way to work, come to the office, say hello to colleagues and work, maybe you go to meetings or communicate with clients, have lunch and work further, and then go home and dinner. Perhaps communicating with friends or a soul mate is mixed in with this it doesn't matter. In any case, you catch yourself thinking: "Nobody loves me." Does it seem to you that the alarm clock hates you, your family underestimates it, your loved one cannot stand your presence, and your friends only communicate with pity with you. People often think that they are not loved. This happens in some difficult and difficult moments, but if you don’t feel loved all the time and it comes to the point of absurdity, it's time to worry about your own condition. Joking as a joke, but in this case it is really worth turning to memories from childhood and adolescence. Psychologists do not just say that all our complexes and problems are mainly from childhood. The first ones who begin to love us and are taught to love others are the family. In childhood, we do not choose whether to communicate with mom and dad or not. We just live and revolve in their orbit, and if parents have a toxic effect on us, we can do nothing. The obsessive idea that no one loves you and destructive behavior against this background is unhealthy, abnormal and requires an immediate solution, not conservation. Even if you were not loved in childhood or in your teens, it is never too late to learn to love others and yourself. You can write to me about your feelings at any time and I will help you. So thanks for your attention. I will be happy to answer. Daria
