I decided to write about this topic, because I know how destructive it can be, how terrible it makes our life, how it kills our love and feelings. I was in such relationships. It was like a hell. Anyone who has ever been in serious relationships has probably felt this monster into his or her thoughts - yes, JEALOUSY! It is a a destructive emotion for relationships. Relationships end because of jealous conflicts. Jealousy is a killer. We have all experienced it. Jealousy can be defined as the vigilant maintaining or guarding of smth or smb. Of course, it is normal to want to guard people we love. But there is a big difference brtween feeling jealousy and exhibiting unhealthy jealous behaviors. At first, you think it is cool a person you are dating loves you so much, but later.... you are just fed up by it, by suscpicion, by insecurity. There are 3 main reasons, why people behave so 1)Jealousy signals a lack of confidence in oneself 2) Jealousy singnals a lack of trust in one's partner 3) Jealousy signals an unhealthy need for control Maybe, you also were in such relationships? Maybe, you are a person who behaves so? As for me, relationships should be built on mutual understanding, trust, respect and so on. You have to trust a person you are dating. You must be sure in that person. If you do not think so or you doubt - why are you with him or her? Who do you think is more jealous - women or men? So, if your beloved is so, you can help him or her just talking to that person and find out what the problem is. It is really very difficult topic, and I hope your match does not behave so and you trust him or her! with best regards, Mila
