Notes of a psychologist. thoughts and reflections in hearing
id: 10038578

Often couples come to me for a consultation. I will remind you in advance that I am a psychologist by education. So, these couples most often have a relationship disorder. I believe that there should always be a balance in a relationship. The relationship should always be 100%. If you are sick, if you don’t have the mood you are laying out with 30%, then I have to give everything up to 70% so that we get 100% in total. It is then that we find this balance and feel happy, harmonious, and also honest with each other. After all, it is important to feel that there is a person next to you who you can rely on in a difficult situation. That he will not run away at the first difficulties at work, a bad mood and anything else. He will stay close, support, understand and not condemn. Most often, people in a relationship do not hear each other. Will you say why? They are talking to each other. But no, I will answer you. Hear and listen are different in their characteristics. We can listen, pretend that we are interested, enter into discussions and disputes, be involved. It will be great and good. But when we hear between the lines that the person is ill, the person needs help, the person is in a bad mood. it is much more valuable and more important than simple, empty talk about anything. So this is what I want to say, I wish all of you to be able to hear, listen and accept a person as he is. Do not attempt to remodel, correct, or retrain. I wish everyone a great week and a good weekend. Your Daria
