The time of miracles will come soon! It’s a time when you can make a wish and there is a good chance that it will come true. I am talking about the New Year holidays now. It’s a favorite time of the year to many people and I am not an exception. A lot of good memories are connected to this time of the year to me. I remember me being 9 years old girl. Like many kids, I waited for the right time to come to unpack my presents. There were many boxes of different size but one of them caught my attention the most. It was a very small box and I did not have an idea what may be inside of it. I unpacked it and….a beautiful golden pendant was inside of it. I could not take my eyes off it! It was a golden pendant of my grandmother and I may call it a family treasure. She told me that I am a big girl already and it should belong to me. I was soooo happy girl! But my mom told me that I am too small to wear it so I should wait for a few years. I did not wear it but looked at it often. It’s a really beautiful thing. Many years passed since my grandmother gave me that present but I still remember it clear like it was yesterday. I believe that it’s important to create memorable moments. There are a lot of ways to do it. But giving and receiving of presents is one of the best. Sometimes the giver is happier than the person who receives it. Giving presents is not about giving different things. It's about giving unforgettable emotions and creating memorable moments.
