There is this misconception out there, like unicorns, yetis and the Loch Ness monster, real men simply do not exist. Men who treat a lady with respect, give her all his affection and attention, listen to her, understand her and support her no matter the reason. Men who are family oriented, goal minded, devoted, honest and faithful. To so many women this kind of man simply does not exist! The funny thing is, when women actually encounter such a man they still refuse to believe he is real. They question his realness and expect him to change over time. They hold back and wait for what they think he is pretending to be to change. They simply can't accept that he may just be real. They are given all by this man. Shown affection and attention. She is his equal and he devotes himself to only her and her happiness. He is for all respects a man who wants to make his lady feel loved, adored, desired and appreciated. He makes her his one and only priority in life. She is for him all he has ever wanted and he does his all to show her it's real. Day after day he wakes and thanks her for his happiness. He goes off to work to provide for her. Calls her just to say hello and is thinking about her. Comes home and only wants to be with her. To share his day, relax and spend quality time beside her. He is not to tired to take her out on the town. To show the world his love for her is real. Share every little nuance of his life with her. To be not only her mate but best friend as well. He cooks for her, helps her with the chores. He actually loves going shopping with her and acts like a giddy child beside her. He is a man who would do anything for her. He does what he does not because he has to. He does it because he wants to. He lives only for loving her. Wants to make her every dream and wish a reality. Never scoffs at her ideas. Listens to her every thought and opinion. He is always ready to compromise and set aside his dreams if it means making hers come true. He is a man who never goes a day without telling her he loves her and shows her every reason why. He is her man and to him nothing means more or is more precious to him then seeing her smiling and happy. He is always complimenting her, notices every little thing she does, even those she thinks he will not see. He gladly accepts her for all she is. He loves all there is to her. He sees her inner beauty first and has fallen in love with this part of her. He is a man who asks what her dreams are. What she wants from their future. He works with her to make life happier and more fulfilling for both of them. He devotes himself to their future. Seeks to find ways of enriching their lives, looks forward to having a family of his own. Sits with her and honestly asks her opinions and wishes about this future. Respects her as a woman and never questions her faith. He is open, honest and sincere with her and never hides anything from her. He trusts her and gives her every freedom to be who she is. He never smothers her and spends every spare moment beside her. He loves to snuggle and cuddle with her. Finds the little things he shares with her pleasant and amazing. He simply cannot get enough of her and still let's her decide how much affection and attention she allows. He never forces anything upon her, makes no demands of her and to him this life with her is bliss. He has never been happier and his life has become one of joy and happiness for him. Yet in this woman there still lives a doubt he is real. Oh she is happy, but in her mind she is waiting for it all to change. This myth, this sad misconception has made her still believe men like him simply are not real! That one day all he is will change and he will not be the same man. I am this man I write about and in my life I gave it all to one very special woman. Sadly she simply never believed I was real. She had all she ever dreamed of and had a real man. She let it all slip away because in her mind I simply did not exist. And yet there I was right in front of her. Real as real could be. Real men do exist and we need a lady to believe and see that a real man who starts by giving you all you dreamed of will not change over time. It's very difficult to make relationships work, but more so when all you do is real and you are not believed.
