In Ukraine, almost all have higher or secondary education, despite the fact that the quality of education is at a fairly high level. Although in recent years, due to low financing of education, as well as medicine, the level begins to fall. Corruption, the lack of insurance, lack of jobs for all and help from the state are to blame. it happened historically. It so happened that in Ukraine there were many wars and it turned out that many men were killed in the war (we do not speak about died guys during cleaning in Chernobyl). Now the country is very old, most of them are pensioners, the middle class, who inherited an apartment or a house from a deceased relative and young people who seek to work abroad or marry successfully.
