Myths of solitude

Hello my dear reader, I will be glad if you read to the end ...! Loneliness is often called the main problem of modern man - they say that in the world it has already grown into a real epidemic. But is it true that things are getting worse? There are people who seem to be doomed to loneliness. They simply do not add up to a relationship. Either there is no suitable partner, then he is married, then one, then another. There are always some problems and reasons that prevent you from finding a worthy couple, and in the end it turns out that there is only one person ... What myths revolve around the problem of "loneliness"? 1. Is loneliness isolation from people? NO! Loneliness is not the same as being alone. Loneliness is disunity with the outside world, it is a feeling that no one else understands you, and you do not have real, meaningful relationships with people for you. 2. Is loneliness always bad? NO! Not every person is affected by loneliness equally negatively. For some, loneliness is a time for reflection, personal growth and relaxation 3. Is loneliness leading to health problems? Probably yes. You may have come across statistics according to which loneliness is detrimental to health: the risk of heart disease and strokes is almost three times higher, for lonely people have higher blood pressure and lower life expectancy. So if you have a child, brother, sister, friend or just a person who understands you, with whom you can consult and who will always support you - YOU ARE NOT ALONE! DO NOT PUT ON YOUR LABEL OF A SINGLE PERSON, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FAVORITE PERSON IN LIFE, THIS DOESN’T MEAN THAT YOU ARE SINGLE :-) Alina
